What shapes the number

Guest count
It sizes the sound and the lighting — a 40-guest backyard and a 250-guest ballroom need different rigs.
Venue and setup
Indoor hall, outdoor lawn, two locations for the ceremony and the reception — each changes what has to be carried, set up and powered.

About the price.
How much does an event cost?
Experiences start from $1,000. The final number depends on the services you book, the guest count, the venue and how long the night runs — you get a written proposal with the price before anything is confirmed.
What is included in the starting price?
Every booking includes the planning call, the run-of-show, setup and sound-check before your guests arrive, and teardown afterwards. What sits on top of that — MC, DJ, sound, lighting, effects, coordination — is what you choose.
Do you take a deposit?
A date is held once the proposal is agreed. Vladyslav confirms the deposit and the payment schedule in writing with the proposal — ask when you enquire.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the number you have in mind and we will show you what fits inside it, rather than quoting a package you did not ask for.
