Who we are

K Group Entertainment, 66 Jutland Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 2G6, Canada. Contact: katsalap.event@gmail.com, +1 (647) 546-6047. Vladyslav Katsalap is responsible for the information described here.

What the contact form collects

When you send an inquiry we receive the name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, venue or city and message that you type in. We use them for one purpose: to answer you and to plan and price your event. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.

How it is stored

Form submissions arrive as email in our own mailbox and are kept there while the enquiry is open and afterwards as a record of the booking. If a message cannot be delivered, the submission is written to a log file on our web server so the enquiry is not lost, and that file is cleared once the message is handled.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit it, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser (including your IP address) to decide whether the submission is automated. Cloudflare acts as our processor for that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on a server in the European Union operated by IONOS. Like every web server it writes standard access logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — which are used only to keep the site running and secure.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It is configured with IP anonymisation and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile and Google Analytics may set their own cookies on the pages where they run.

Other services on the page

Links to Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those networks until you click, and they cannot see you here. The photos and the video on this site are served from our own server.

Your rights

Under Canada's PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to katsalap.event@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site is aimed at adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its date appear on this page.
